Overview

Led the end-to-end email and SMS marketing strategy for Rad Power Bikes, the largest e-bike company in North America. Using Klaviyo, I optimized all lifecycle automations and campaign communications to support both their DTC and retail channels. The strategy focused on scalable growth, customer re-engagement, and repeat purchase optimization through data-driven segmentation and messaging.

The redesigned lifecycle marketing funnel significantly improved performance metrics across all touchpoints.
